These terms govern your use of NavSignal, operated by Chalupa Productions LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Use of the service
You may use NavSignal to audit websites you own or are authorized to audit. You're responsible for the accounts you connect and the accuracy of the domains you register. Audit frequency and site counts are subject to the limits of your plan, listed on our pricing page.
Fees and paid plans
NavSignal is currently free to use. The Free tier is the only plan available today, and we do not charge for use of the service. Paid plans are not yet available: you cannot purchase Lite or Full, and no payment information is collected. When paid plans become available, we will present the price and payment terms and get your agreement before any charge is made.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you connect (Search Console, GA4, crawl results) and the audits NavSignal generates from it. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated content
Action briefs and journey-map annotations are generated by AI models based on your connected data. They are diagnostic suggestions, not guaranteed outcomes. Review them before acting.
Intellectual property
NavSignal's software, design, and branding are owned by Chalupa Productions LLC. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.
Third-party links
NavSignal may link to third-party services (Google, DataForSEO). We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation it generates will produce a particular result.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chalupa Productions LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, the sites and accounts you connect, or your violation of these terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, for non-payment once paid plans are available, or to protect the service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
