NavSignal vs Botify
Botify and NavSignal both correlate multiple data sources instead of leaving that job to a person. The difference is what it costs to get there, and who that cost is built for. Lumar sits in the same category, for the same reasons.
What Botify does well
Botify genuinely does correlate the sources: it pulls in Google Search Console performance data, GA4 visit and conversion data, and your own raw web server log files, and lines them up against its crawl of the site. For a large site where crawl budget and bot behavior across millions of URLs actually matters, that is a real, hard problem solved well.
Where it stops, for this reader
Botify does not publish pricing; every path on its site leads to a demo request, which on its own tells you the size of account it is built to sell to. Getting the log-file side of that correlation working is a real technical project before any analysis starts: Botify's own setup documentation requires delivering log lines from your servers or CDN, filtered first to strip non-crawler traffic, IP addresses, and other identifying data, per its ingestion rules. That is IT or data-engineering work, not a signup form. A small to mid size business has no one to own that project. An agency would have to run it separately, per client stack, before a single finding comes back.
Who NavSignal is for instead
NavSignal correlates Search Console, GA4, and keyword data the same way, through OAuth you grant once, no log files to deliver or filter, no server or CDN access to arrange. A small to mid size business with no SEO specialist and no data engineer gets the correlated view directly. An agency running this across many client sites can connect a new one in minutes rather than opening a log-delivery project for each, and hand the client, or whoever owns the page, a written brief instead of a dashboard. NavSignal's published price list (free today, $49/mo and $199/mo once paid plans open) is already public, against a vendor that shows no number at all. Paid plans are not open yet; what you can do right now is run the free scan.
